Account Verification

Verifying your account will allow you to get faster help. It will let us know what network the problem is. Verification involves connecting your Discord Account and our Dashboard.

It will give you a customer role with access to special channels intended for customers:

1. Log In to Goxy Dashboard.
2. Click the Start Verification button on the Verification channel on our Discord Server
3. Click the Verify Account button that appears next to the message - it will take you to a browser window.
4. In the browser you should see confirmation of the account connection.
